You seem to be a reasonable person.  I am also very happy that the olive branch was extended. It happened because there is a board of directors and Mr. Sokol was representing the organization poorly.  Mr. Shrimp posted something about a project and Mr. Sokoloff attacked. You must be a young person to think that 2008 is in the past. The material about getstrange was online yesterday.  He didn't forget or was too busy to remove the paragraph.  He is proud of it. The past is what makes us who we are today. He has dismissed me and my questions about a tax address and feels that there was nothing inappropriate about his defunct plans for the "north side mansion" and says I am the only person  that cares.

You eventually responded to my questions about a  tax address  for your business saying it is none of my business. However you also went on a tangent that included offensive commentary about shrimp, me, even about yourself. People won't and don't comment or back up others on this forum because they are afraid of being attacked themselves.

I am sorry if you felt I was addressing you and/or thought you were a male. Although I did address it "to all of the above posters", I was really gearing it towards Tim and Ron, since they are the ones looking to improve the units. I understand you have issues with one or both of them, however my only concern is seeing that these homes get cleaned up and turned into something better than they are that adds value to Campbell. Personally, I don't see how someones past affect their volunteer work (Tim isn't being paid for this), but you are free to have your opinion.
Moving forward, I really hope that Ron accepts the olive branch that Tim has extended. It is what is best for the community and each of their respective projects. Campbell has enough trouble without bickering among those who are trying to make it better.

TBURK1 great words of wisdom, this is doing no one any good and I acted totally out of Character. I am not in a position to let people make me loose my cool no matter how ridiculous their accusations are.

To the City of Campbell and it's administration also my apologies. I HAVE behaved very unprofessionally, but was not trying to start all of this and have been trying to maintain some cool, I should not have let myself succumb to such things as I did however.

To Aurora, we get it already, I was involved in a company a few years ago that was not in the best of taste or morality. You seem to be the only one who can not get past that.

To Ron, I apologize for any remarks that I have made demeaning your character as it was uncalled for ON BOTH SIDES.

I will not be participating in any protests as it would take up to much of my time that I need to use doing the important work of actually running the awesome organization I helped to form. I will however be out cleaning and working and will still have coffee and donuts on hand for anyone who wants them. Our organization has a little meeting place set up next to Ron's building and he is welcome to come on over and have a cup of coffee along with anyone else.

I do not know how this is all going to play out and I wish everyone the best. I can not speak for my neighbors, only for myself, but I have a lot of work to do prepping our buildings for painting, meeting with local organizations and promoting our cause, which means we still might have a yard sale to raise funds to do more work in the community. This week we are also announcing the installation of our new high tech security camera system. This will bring even more of a sense of security to our area. Also we have a Licnesed HAM radio operator that is helping us with a neighborhood watch development that will involve both HAM and Citizens Band Radio.

I sincerely hope that whatever you do there Ron, it improves the community so in the spirit of being gentleman of honor lets put an end to this and try to work together to at least no bash each other around. It is doing neither of us any good. Aurora I really hope that you follow suit, this is ridiculous and you can only post the same complaint so many times before people will just get tired of hearing it. Everyone knows now and as I said, no one seems to care any more than they did about my legal past. What was was. I never had any intention to do anything in those places that even come close to your accusations and every single person I have done business with in the past four years knows it.

Right now I just want to wish Ron the best, hope he at least fixes up the building, and if he gets it past city hall and the community, good for him. I certainly could have said plenty of terrible things and revealed deep dark secrets, but what would that prove, not a thing except to suck more valuable time out of both our lives that would be better served meeting both of our mutual goals which is preserving the most incredible buildings you will find in the Tri State Area at least.

I guess I will take you up on that cup of coffee Ron, Im buying LOL. We will have the coffee pot up and running at 40. Let's put a stop to this and see how we can work together in the event you do end up in my neighborhood and if you do, maybe I will tell you how to solve your little problem, but it will cost you and I'm not cheap.

Last Saturday, I spoke with councilman Mike Tsikouris, he is the councilman for the ward that the Company homes are in.  I am impressed with him, he actually says he will come out and help us with the labor, he sounds like a true community leader to me, lead by example.  I made it clear to him what our intentions are and that we are only interested in deconstructing all the wood of the interior of one unit in order to assess and record the condition of the surface concrete.   The resulting information will be forwarded to the aquaculture experts in Seattle and the Ohio Aquaculture Assn. has also asked for the info. and requested to visit Campbell and tour the Company homes.  At no time will the exterior of the building be altered.  As first mentioned from the onset of this topic, that currently a study is being conducted in order to understand the feasibility in converting a unit to prototype aquaculture tanks.   It is further stated that the City of Campbell has not issued any documentation endorsing anything other than stated.

Today, I spoke with Pete , Campbell's zoning coordinator, Pete has been aware of this vision from the inception.  There has been several questions as to the zoning of aquaculture in a residential zone, this endeavor is so advanced, zoning has never encountered this usage.  As with shrimp farming in the City of Youngstown, a judge ruled that basically there is no such thing as a permit to farm.  However in Campbell, applying zoning to this project will truly set a precedent in the whole country as it pertains to urban agriculture with the conversion of existing structures.

I investigated you in 2008  when you were recruiting young people into your porn business. Reading  recent posts filled with rhetoric about your upstanding citizenship and work for the community  inspired me to post.  Frankly, I wanted to barf.  Apparently the plans for the buildings have changed lately but that DOES NOT negate the original intentions. If the plans  were for the Northside as you've stated how can that location possibly be  better than the location of the  S&T homes?  Still residential.  The North Side Citizens  Coalition might be interested in hearing additional details. I  don't care about shrimp farming.  I don't particularly care about the restoration but do realize others care about both issues.   I do care about young people and those that attempt to  manipulate them. 

Apparently the Iron Soup Board of Directors is frowning upon this interchange as well they should. You have shown very little professionalism in your posts in this thread, even those before  I blew the lid off of your adult movie business. Past or present- doesn't matter to me.  It is what it is.  You had certain plans for the S&T housing.  You know it.  I know it.  And now others are questioning. Current references to adult entertainment filming  on your website and openly stating that the material might offend some and directing interested parties to visit your myspace page for more information clearly shows that you have been involved recently. Pulling an entire  website  offline instead of removing one paragraph is certainly overkill. To replace it with a message singling out  the shrimp guy and this website might be grounds for litigation. 

I infer from your posts both here and on myspace  that you have little respect for women... calling them wolves, talking about their PMS or implying that  they need to be hired by a man to do anything that matters.  Vocal women that don't agree with your opinion are immediately dismissed as tools.  Trust me,  women can and do think on their own and believe me when I say that if they knew the whole truth, they would run in another direction when they see you.

To all of the above posters:
Do any of you realize that this back and forth (on all sides) mudslinging only serves to hurt both of your organizations objectives. I am sure both of you can agree that Campbell is a nice place and those company homes are worth saving (whatever the objective of each group of individuals and/or organizations). By slinging one another's mud you only serve to hurt your respective goals. Investors do not want to be involved in this sort of "dirty business".  Why not put personal differences (whatever they may be) aside and respect each others goals and work together. Each group has significant financial and legal obligations to overcome in getting their projects off to a good start. Working together in support (or at least not publicly demeaning or objecting to the other groups goals) is the best way to reach each of your respective goals.
As I read this thread, I was honestly disgusted and sadden at the same time. Disgusted that grown men with professional objectives find it necessary to demean one another, bring up each others past and insult the goals of each others organizations. I was disappointed because you both fail to see how this sort of mudslinging only serves to dirty both of you and in the end hurt the reason you are both involved which is to make something (whether it be Eco-friendly housing or a shrimp farm) of the company homes. I would hope that you two would put aside your personal differences and either work together (with the other owners of those properties) or at least sit quietly on the side lines, if you disagree strongly with their objective.
In closing, you both would do well to realize that when you speak your personal opinions and you are publicly involved or head of an organization, people equate your opinions, views, etc with that of the organization. One need only look to the recent debacle with the Chamber of Commerce to see how that sort of behavior works out.

I sincerely hope that this mudslinging ends and that the two of you extend an olive branch to one another and reach your common goal, which is to clean up the company homes and remove the blight. If you would just focus on where your commonality lies instead of your differences I believe you can reach your goals.

I have to clarify a few things quickly as Ron and his band of misfits are causing myself an epic amount of problems with their false accusations and imaginary plans that I am supposed to have for this place.

I do not speak here in this forum as a representative of Iron Soup. I speak here for the people that live in and around these units, many of whom WILL BE OUT TO PROTEST THIS ACTION. WE LIVE HERE DAMN IT. THIS IS OUR HOME. Iron Soup has not even had a meeting of official discussion in regards to this event, nor has any member of the board sanctioned or opposed it. The position of our Historical Committee is, lets see what happens.

As for myself and my fellow residents we do not want this, we protest as members of the community that have to live right next to this monstrosity that is being proposed and we have no affiliation with any group or organization other than the fact that we are all neighbors in the same area that don't want this to happen because once he gets one building he will not stop there, he will want them all.

If I have mislead anyone into thinking that my posts, or my actions have been part of Iron Soup, or that any of this has been approved in any way by my organization or our board of directors, volunteers or managers I apologize to all of you, to my board and to the public. Technically since Ron does not want to destroy the buildings and is in favor of putting them back to original status and look the goals of Iron Soup Historical are being met and we will have no public quarrel with him and unless a vote directs otherwise remain neutral.

Please again feel free to make any written request you desire for any information you are legally allowed to obtain under the laws governing a 501 (c) 3 and we will happily comply. All you will learn is that we take great care to cross our T's dot our I's and make sure we account for every penny of the non existent funding we have received.

As for my personal business records, finances and information I will refrain as a gentleman from telling you where you can go and what you can do. When Ron makes a full disclosure of his sorted past and business dealings let me know, I will be happy to follow suit. Once again I am not the one with all the fancy stuff, pockets full of money, property all over the county that I don't take care of, and a fancy little store in Poland. I am a man with nothing more than a home that I will, and have already protected with my very life.

As for your investors, they have no more right to come here and disrupt our neighborhood than you do. We don't care about them and their money and more than we care about you and yours.

Fortunately this is still America and although we don't have many rights left, we still have the right to join together and protest what we believe is wrong.

I do at least hope that we can stop attempting to spread rumors, put up false information, and take pot shots at people who are not even part of this. To irishbobcat I still agree with you. Ron putting you out there like that is an atrocity but those are his tactics. I am relentless I promise you, and I will not back down and will continue to do whatever is necessary, as long as it is legal and moral (you may have to look that second one up Ron), to remove you from our community.

As a member of Iron Soup however, as long as you do not want to tear the buildings down or change their exterior or tile roof tops, and the city is willing to let you, than unless I hear otherwise from my board you can have at it. We may not like it, but at least if you get your way the buildings remain so please stop attacking people and things that are not part of this. Stick to the person who is causing you the problems .... ME. Don't bring in the outside world because you can't beat me.

And a little FYI, NO ONE INCLUDING THE RESIDENTS OF THE NON COMPANY HOUSE HOMES IN THIS AREA WANT THIS HERE. Not the people, not the businesses, NO ONE. So although you may be able to disregard me like a little fly on your lapel, let's see if your money, your power and all your fancy investors have what it takes to defeat this entire side of Campbell Ohio. I didn't even want to post here again but I have no choice. I would like to thank you for the destruction Ron and his friends for the devastation that they so easily cause to other peoples lives. As for you Aurora, the website talked about dozens of projects. There was a book project that was talked about, the New TV was discussed, the Youngstown channel and if I am not mistaken my working with Ron's outdoor theater. All part of things I have done in my life and all not related to each other. So if you assumed that because I discussed renovating the Company homes on the same site where an adult entertainment company was talked about why didn't you assume that they outdoor theater was going to play the movies we made. Oh that's right, because you only want things to spin in your direction. Maybe you will say next that because the site talked about the New TV and the Youngstown Channel that the county was in on it also.

The website is gone, and not because I wanted to take it down but because I have been forced to remove it. Unfortunately, although I could care less what any of you think about anything I have done in my past, or do in my present, I have other people to think about that depend on me to do the right thing. It is a shame you can go and take something from the past, especially something that was only in existence for a less than a month and use it to try and destroy people's lives. You say you don't know Ron, I believe that to be a lie. Digging up dirt on people and threatening to use it against them is Ron's forte when he does not get his way. Unfortunately those tactics don't work on me.

When you bring other people into it that I may not even know, simply because they don't agree with you, and publicly slander them is absolutely totally and completely despicable. I certainly could spend a day listing the things about Ron that you will find on Google and Yahoo that I could post here that would be more than damaging to his credibility, but that is not going to do my neighborhood any good and that is what it's all about and if everyone deserts me because of your little smear campaign, I will still be there even if I have to stand against you alone. That is how I started here, standing alone against people like John Clinton, infamous thief and danger to the neighborhood, along with many other who threatened me, broke my windows, and as I said, try to set fire to my apartments all so they could continue to stay in this neighborhood and hide out from the police, rip off people homes, and do and sell serious drugs out of the empty units here.

These are the things I have been up against in the past four years. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN YOU COWARD. I would like to see what you would do if someone put a gun to your face and told you to get out of the neighborhood or die. I stayed though, and continued to cut grass, board up units, fight to prevent demolition. Where is your signature, emails, phone calls that were made when the board of health started tagging these places for demolition. Why are you not a consulting party with the county and state in regards to these place like I am. Now that all the real hard work is done and the neighborhood is a much safer better place, you want to come in and make money off the backs of everyone who has been building this back into a neighborhood again.

And you want to use a cowards way of doing it by attempting to bring up things that are meaningless and then promote total and complete lies about what my intentions here are. I know that when I go to sleep at night, if I do not wake up the next morning I will be in a better place because I am a decent person who has never cheated anyone and keeps my word. As for my short, and I do mean short lived endeavor into getStrange Productions, it had nothing to do with this site, no more than your outdoor theater of The Youngstown Channel did and they were all on that site.

Taking things out of context and attempting to thwart the truth to your own ends is just going to make things worst for you. People are smart enough to read and decipher the truth and we certainly will give them the opportunity to decide if they think you are truthful or not soon enough. You need to stop the mudslinging crap though, at least against other people. I know exactly what I read on your getstrange website and on your myspace blog and it was  about the renovation of the housing in Campbell.  If untrue why not ask your silent partner to step forward and tell us all about the grand plan to make a  mansion into a cyber  brothel - Isn't the "mansion"  area of the North side also residential  and institutional?   I  browsed all of your pages and all of the content available at the time and  even clicked the "enter only if you are 18" link  and saw the sex trade  recruitment pitch aimed at young people.   Your getstrange web link is on your other CURRENT online projects and that page states you are still in the adult business. If it is defunct why not take it offline?  It certainly isn't a very good advertisement for web design anyway.   I checked the wayback machine awhile ago but apparently your robots text file is now blocking archival.  I'm not shrimp's friend - don't know him. He is being attacked about residential zoning. Seems that others need to obey a few zoning laws as well. There are laws about locations where an adult business can be undertaken.  The center of a residential neighborhood is NOT one of them.  You have placed information online publicly about getstrange and its involvement in the adult film industry for all to see.  It is current.  I asked about your business address. Now you say that business doesn't exist. 

As for saying you will "get me" on a public forum?   Not grounds to press charges?  The veiled threat says volumes.

If disclosing that I spent three years in jail didn't get a wink out of anyone what makes you think some failed little three week venture into adult entertainment is gonna do.  You really want to get down and dirty, we can put some pretty good stuff out here Ron. My endeavor was legitimate and Oh Yea I am so sorry that I had a total and complete fabulous time in California with a bunch of beautiful and talented individuals YEA RIGHT. Dennis I am not even sure if we have ever met but please accept my apologies for Ron's sad behavior. With the way he acts it is hard to believe his parents taught him anything, other than how to be greedy and have no regard for others. I am truly sorry if your lack of support for Ron's Project causes you any problems. I just hope the weather is nice on the 30th. I am a little disappointed in the fact that I will have to split my giant yard sale signs up to make protest signs.

Lastly we all know Ron, if he gets that one unit going, then he will expand as quickly as possible to all the other units, as they are ideal for his evil little plan, and that is where the problems begin. The chemicals I refer to would be the ones to maintain Salt water creatures, which are one although not the only, profitable seafood items, also there are smells from the fish themselves and fish like all other creatures on this planet, produce WASTE, and waste, in any form has odor. Also their are smells associated with the food certain fish eat, keeping the water clean requires minor amounts of certain chemicals that release what some feel to be noxious gasses. And if you are allowed to do this, you will not stop until you have as many units as you can filled up with these things and those small odors will now be a power plant of fish mills for the entire surrounding area to enjoy. With trucks coming in and out, pick ups, deliveries, and of course anyone who lives there now would be gone in favor of your new plan.

Don't you think I don't know what this is and how it works. Hey Wolf boy, not only do I know how to completely solve you problem of smell and odors guaranteed, I worked with a start up that was a potential solutions company for this technology. Again good people bad partners. Happens all the time. Like going into business with you would be eh.

And to show you how much my neighbor hood means to me, you could bring cash in a briefcase of any amount and I would turn it down before I would want this in this neighborhood and I mean that whole from the heart. Like I said, I could have sold out and had investors that thought these place WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT for studios, and they were right. These places are great for lots of things because they are the strongest, coolest, most incredible buildings in the whole damn county. Their money did not interest me, and neither does yours.

Living in a home that is powered by the sun and the wind, so that I can use the little bit of money I make to pay my back child support as opposed to having electricity, and having a neighborhood of cool easy going people where I can live my life out in peace is what I want. Keep your money, your fancy cars, your big house and all that crap. I had it once upon a time, and much more than you do right now buddy, but how I got it was not the way to go and I have the loss of the life of my dearest friend I ever had to haunt me for the rest of my days.

You want to throw me out in the middle of the street over some silly little business venture that is almost three years old and went nowhere, just remember that not only did I come from the streets, I used to run them.

You are no better now than I was then Ron, you just hide it well. You are a behind the scenes,  legal, upright and proper criminal. You see, cheating people, short changing them, conning them out of something, whether it is free work, or some property, or even an apple, is criminal.

If I tell you today I am going to bring you a window. I know we are slow at getting things done, but with no money and no one really recognizing that we actually were doing something down here, and a volunteer staff with an average of 2 people we have done plenty. No where does our website, our directors, are photos, or anything else about us deceive. I made sure of it because of people like you who will come at us. Oh and you will not be the last. When we do get a grant, or if our new fund raiser continues to take off and we really begin rolling in the dough, little boy Burkholder's crew will be accusing us of embezzling, partying the money up, doing drugs and every other little thing on the planet their little brains can think of, and they have already tried.

That is why I keep my life totally documented. I have to. I know who I am and how some people like you perceive me and as I have already said, nobody cares what you think dude.
