Wow I see at least someone Ron knows can read. That's a relief. In 2008 I went to Cottonwood CA to venture into adult entertainment as I could get NO ONE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE TO HELP ME RAISE MONEY TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS SITE AND IT SEEMED LIKE A GREAT WAY TO RAISE SOME FUNDS. Sorry sex sells, get over it. Its not like that is something that everybody does not already know about me including a few people in the city administration SO THERE. Here however are the real facts of that venture AND I CAN PROVE THEM ALL. The attempt failed, and just so you know, the Ohio Studio was going to be on the North Side of Youngstown located in a Mansion  Literally a mansion of a prominent person in the home of someone we BOTH KNOW WELL RON.

The Irony is that we both planned on using a good pat of the profits to further our environmental goals and produce prototypes of the awesome window and furnace designs I came up with. If you had any sense you would realize that no model of any kind would come here to this place to do any kind of anything THAT IS WHY WE WANTED TO SHOOT IN A MANSION Dumb #$%. In case you have not noticed, it is not the best looking neighborhood and even after we reface and paint our building this spring we still have the owners on Andrews, and Blackburn who could care less to deal with and their mess of a property as well. Ron is not the only dead beat owner in the neighborhood so we are not just going to pick on him.

getStrange Productions, at least the Adult Entertainment part of it died at the beginning in 09 because if it had not, I would be so rich I would have paid Ron to go away long ago. It is a tough industry and you have to have a lot of cash to do a real start up. My partner and I fell short, but it was no more of a loss than the 4 years I spent at The New TV making internet webcasting history. I didn't make any money at that either, but only because my partner in that endeavor did not want to make money and he was paying the bills so it is what it is.

If you think you can turn up what you think is a skeleton in my closet and scream Halleluiah and the Truth Shall Set Us Free, you will have to do way better than that.

Maybe Ill revive that effort and take sign ups at the protest while we are having our Yard Sale to raise funds to paint more rows and make more improvements, maybe we can pay some more of our back taxes that we are although very slowly, but surely trying to pay off. At least someone in this place is paying something eh. So Aurora do you have what it takes? Probably not. Oh and I have strict documentation that getStrange ONLY EVER OPERATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR WHOLE THREE MODELS WAS OVER 18 and we worked a whole three weeks and closed, attempted to revive our idea in Florida and New York but failed to interest investors in our new concept for the industry because it was dubbed as to advanced for the technology of the time. So like Cameron, I will have to wait for the world to catch up to me before I can do something with my production ideas.

There was never a plan to use anything here as a studio. I know many people in many places especially in and around the Mahoning Valley and by the way Ron, Dennis is right that was uncalled for. And again you little .... errrrrrr I will not loose my cool. Don't make me get crappy about this. I am tired of your FALSE information mill and two can play at that game, but I am trying not to stoop to your level of indecency. There is NOTHING ILLEGAL about over age consenting adults being in the adult entertainment industry. Oh and if I remember right you were quite a fan of the idea when I mentioned it to you back then. If you think about it real hard, ill bet you can remember the technology we came up with that you thought was so unbelievably cool. Oh of course I am sure you don't remember any of that now.

As for me not updating my website, or taking down the myspace for getStrange, we made a lot of good friends in many places, all of whom are decent people and who will still communicate with to this day and myspace is just how we all stay in touch. As for the getStrange Website LOL what a joke. Trace on the Internet Wayback Machine when the last time that site was updated. ARE YOU SERIOUS. IS that all you got AH HAH HAH HAH HAH HAH HAH HAH Never was there a plan to do anything like that at the site, despite the multitudes of people that wanted me to do just that. Funny how you attack me for that, but if I would have took THAT DEAL I would probably be like Ron out smoking big expensive cigars, driving my nice toys, with a pocket full of money.

I opted for a better cleaner environmentally friendly neighborhood filled with cool people and straight A college students. Unlike Ron I would not sell out my neighborhood for financial gain so LETS NOT GET IT MESSED UP.

In the end however, what a woman chooses to do with here  body, or a man for that matter, is their business. If you are an adult as defined by the law, and you are of sound mind and body I believe you have the right to do as you choose with it. And if you really want the whole of it, that includes, putting whatever you want in your system, even if it is stupid and useless to do so, ceasing to exist if you get tired of this stupid rock, not bringing another life into this world that will suffer because of whatever bad situation you may be in, and taking your clothes off in an adult film.

And I am sure your next little blog will have a host of useless dribble about my morality, but BEFORE YOU THROW SOMEONE OUT IN FRONT OF THAT BUS CHECK YOUR FACTS. The address listed for getStrange Productions IS the same address as Iron soup because that is the business address for everything I do. getStrage is dead and now the only reason we keep the name and the site up, is we are planning to auction it off at a domain sale. So Aurora DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS, seeing how you are Ron's Salvation, get to saving then. You think this trifling little thing will even shake me an inch. Ill have my website up on a monitor right next to the videos of this place on the 30th. Again, EVERYONE KNOWS WHO I AM.

I do not smile in the light of kindness then hide in the shallows of greed. I am not afraid of my past surely look forward to my future. Oh and here you go boys and girls, here is a bone for you. I OWE BACK CHILD SUPPORT, just before you bring it all up. So do hundreds of other people. I am paying on it to the best of my ability and could have paid it off in the last four years with no stress had I not invested all that money into this place, and for what, so it can be a Shrimp Farm, I think not. If I was not willing to put the business that you people are trying to accuse me of doing in this place just to make a profit, I am surely not going to allow this to happen either.

And in the spirit of truth and fair play, I would rather run a shrimp farm than an adult entertainment company because adult entertainment is a seedy business. I am in a way relieved it never really took off. I even had a chance recently to revive it and let is past me by.

Lastly, You don't scare me girlie. Ill get you, and your little shrimp too  eeee hehehehehehehehehe (again the Ill get you is metaphorical, I am sure you get the reference but I won't open the door for you to press charges). So I am guessing you will be one of Ron's victims on the 30th. I say victims because that is what Ron Leaves behind, especially in Real Estate Dealings.

It is my understanding that your initial plans for the Sheet and Tube housing was for the units to be used for online sex cams. Your getstrange.com website was previously 18 and over and was a recruitment page to get actors or "models" as you call them for your online porn business.  It stated that the online encounters would be live. The reason I looked into you at that time? I was concerned for a  teenager who knew of your plans and was also a minor at the time. A lost lamb? Getstrange.com's current myspace page is for friends only, possibly due to its content?   Earlier descriptions of the Ohio porn studio renovation plans on your personal myspace page clearly indicated that the property was the same as the Iron Soup Project.  IE Gray water, green building, renewable energy etc. The information specifically about the  property  renovations has  been removed from your myspace page. However a quote is below from your currently posted blog that speaks of a studio in Ohio. Personally I prefer fish tanks, manure dumps,  or complete deconstruction to having a cyber brothel in a Campbell neighborhood where children are being raised.

I'd certainly prefer the smell of fish to sex noises carrying through the neighborhood when you "open your windows."  Chemical usage is kept to a minimum in a aquaculture environment due to the fact that chemicals can harm the water-life and can make it unfit for consumption.  Anyone who has had  pond or even an aquarium knows that it becomes an mini eco system and the smell is minimal.  If that is your complaint you need to grasp at another straw.

Your getstrange.com website states  that you are currently  involved in the adult film industry.  And  if there is  nothing illegal about having an online web cam prostitution business I have questions about yours.
Where is your current adult film studio located?  What location is shown on your schedule C - profit or loss from a business?
If said location is in fact in a residential neighborhood, is that neighborhood zoned to allow an adult film studio or live webcam porn.

Wow .... what a ride LOL ... Our crew has now expanded to 5 of the coolest most adventurous individuals who are all about seeing true prosperity.

If you know anything about business, than you know that to start a company with no more than what would be found in ANY average home which means NO INITIAL INVESTMENT to start a studio, that is showing potential profit numbers that are .. it is good

ADULT ENTERTAINMENT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK HOWEVER ... We presented a Shower show scene this weekend just to see how it goes .... KEEP IN MIND THESE SHOWS ARE LIVE ... Have you ever had to set up a computer, monitor, TV/Monitor Prompter and Camera ... (We do not use web cams ... but you can use them) in a SHOWER .... ROTFLOL .... we are getting an education LOL ... and HONESTLY ... we did not make squat LOL but had a great time and learned a lot ... an entirely new set up was conceived and tested and our first Micro Flick is now IN PRODUCTION. Of course we shot a whole day with two 4 hour shifts ... The shower scene cost us time but learned us well and we STILL MADE a little money for the day. We are already working on our first outdoor shoot and have all the things we have learned so far to bring it to fruition.

Behind the scenes we are forming good friendships, partnerships, and as each passing day goes by, a solid, sound company that WE ARE PROUD to be a part of. Our industry provides a service that helps keep this planet safe .... because on the not so fun side we get a look at the sick, twisted, and sometimes frightening things some people fantasize about.

Security of Models, Staff etc. are job one with us also and we maintain strict confidentiality. We are fortunate to have a strong business model, an outstanding team of advisers with a multitude of business experience who put a lot of thought into the most important factors to consider when venturing into the industry.

Of course all the forethought in the world can not really prepare you for the things you will run into in a business start up, especially one that is showing a tremendous potential for success and this is my fist INDOOR BASED COMPANY WHERE MOTHER NATURE EFFECTS THE OPERATIONS OF THE BUSINESS. Ladies I stand with you when I say that PMS TOTALLY SUCKS LOL ....

My supreme thanks to Temperance and Misty_May, sorry can't say their real names, who are not only proving to be awesome models, but awesome additions to our company in many areas including recruiting, set design and staging, costuming and scripting. They will be rewarded for their efforts with shares of this company when we incorporate.

As founder of this company I believe that those who stand and form the foundation should have a solid stake in what they are holding up. There is still room for one or two spots on the bridge however but I suspect those will be filled soon.

So now the journey truly begins. To all my friends and family back home I can not say how much I love and miss you all. I can not wait to come home and share the fruits of my labor here with you all and to open our Ohio branch of getStrange Productions. Then it is on to Florida where we have studio space and models waiting as well.

It is all sometimes a little overwhelming as we move forward. One must wonder is this how Hugh Hefner started out. To sit and ponder what founders of things like google and YouTube felt as their ideas and concepts started to take life as a working business model.

I will actually be taking a couple days to do paperwork etc.. and some recruiting as 10 hour days on the set are still a little tough especially when we made the mistake of rearranging the entire set up to test a shower show. LOL ... Hey ... we live, we work, we play and we LEARN ... but keep an eye on our profile as we are always growing.

Last but not least, we are always recruiting new models, studios, and set locations ....

Ron I concur on not having time to debate. Just having to rally the neighborhood together and do all that will be needed to stop this insanity is wasting time I should be using getting ready use all the new paint, concrete and other material that will go into the renovation of our properties on Delmar. As for Mr. Burkholder and his band of 20 something cluless kids that purchased Steve Malutik's properties, although Steve did nothing here in the past 20 years, nothing is far better than what they have done. You can not just come here to our home and totally disregard the residents and property owners that are here and have been breaking our backs for the past four years to try and clean this area up. As for a misleading website, wow Ron, catch a grip. The pictures are real, the mess that you have done nothing with until now, because you believe you can make some quick money at everyone else's expense, are REAL. Next you will be telling people we fake the photos. Well on the 30th I will have the video tapes that were shot as our ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD CAME OUT TO CLEAN UP THE PARK AND THE ENTIRE AREA AROUND NOT ONLY YOUR UNIT BUT MANY OTHERS. Those neighbors will also be on hand to protest your presence in our neighborhood. We will also have food and refreshments. Anyone wishing to leave the dark side and join us is welcome.

Once again, you are a Wolf only here to milk whatever money you can out of this neighborhood. It is people like you that made it what it is today leaving a mess of gigantic proportions for people like us who really care to clean up.

As for the viability of our organization we are getting stronger every year and if you continue to slander us and make false accusations about the validity of our information I hope you can prove it in court. Progress in your opinion is only valid if you are profiting from it. Again it is all about money, not about people, not about pride, not about community, not about preserving the history of our valley, and not about concern for anyone. Know that today and every day I will be here, there and everywhere doing every single thing I can to put a stop to your shenanigans and make you honor your agreement that you publicly made on the News. In the end you will find it would have been much easier to attempt to fleece a different flock.

As for money we are slowly but surely building a base of loyal shoppers online and those shoppers are getting us donations. By the beginning of summer we will have big news to release regarding our financial situation. Again you forget I am the MASTER of this domain we call the web and what Dennis would not let me do for the New TV I will do for Iron Soup. The New TV should have been YouTube, we did come out at the same time, but limited thinking and doing nothing but wanting to smile and look good in the public eye ended that profitable venture.

As a matter of fact, thank you. You little clean up stunt will give us a boost announcing our new super cool way to raise funds for Iron Soup by doing something that tons of people all over the country do every day. Oh and if you want detailed plans of my windows, water systems and hygenerators, you will have to sign a non disclosure and non competition agreement. As for funding, it is slowly starting to happen. Any MBA will tell you that a typical business does not become profitable until the first 3 to 5 years. Up to that point it is reinvestment and forward motion. Four years and we are finally starting to make some headway and by next year will have all the funding we need to renovate that unit. Until then however we will fight not only you, but anyone ... tooth and nail .... that attempts to destroy, damage, or ruin in anyway these buildings or our plans to make it back into the awesome place it used to be.

I know that it being the worlds first modern apartment complex ever build means nothing to you, but for myself it means enough for me to defend it with my very life and believe me in the past four years my life has literally been put in jeopardy to stay in the neighborhood and continue my work. I have been threatened with having my apartment fire bombed, I have had people in my face threatening to beat me to death, I even had someone attempt to set fire to one of my units. Compared to that you will be a walk in the park. Have you ever in your life believed in anything at all Ron? You can not imagine what I have sacrificed, left behind, and peril I have put myself in to continue my work at this place. But yet I stand unscathed, strong and tall against any and all who will come here with anything but the best intentions.

This is a place that was built for people, by people, and still inhabited by people, and it will continue to do so, unless they tear them down, which sadly would be a better idea than yours.

Man, I really don't have time to debate you Tim...jeez, all those words and really nothing you offered shows any production.  Granted you cut grass and built a misleading website, we all have seen the burnt out hulk of what is left of the company homes.  And everyone here knows how to pull up Iron soup properties on the Auditor's site as well.  But since you have come to my post and are crying for me not to be productive there, talk is cheap so let me try to reason with you with basic questions:

1.  As I and Atty. Chevlen stated to you last year, we will donate these properties to you if you can show the funding and plans to make them productive, so please, let us all see them now, right here?

2.  You have showed me a few days ago the incorporation of Iron Soup as a nonprofit.... finally.  Please reveal names of trustees, assets and bank accounts?

3.  A recent investor has purchased over 35 units, please reveal to us how this investment compliments your project and formal agreements with other investors such as Kish, Chuck and Donna?

4.  I know and have spoken to the City leaders, please reveal to us all permits , and letters endorsing your project?

Mr. Eiselstein has plenty of other properties that are viable. You should look up all his properties on the Mahoning County Auditors site, also you should run a search on Google and Yahoo on his name, oh and PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RUN MY NAME AS WELL. Again just look at the before and after pictures of what we have done in four years at www.haveacause.com. If it were not for Iron Soup, permission would have been given in 2009 for demolition and at the end of the summer in 2010 when the city of Campbell received their stimulus money most of these buildings would have been destroyed including Ron's but of course that would have meant nothing to him but a bill assessed to the taxes he doesn't pay anyway because, as he likes to say if it is not making money why pay the taxes. MONEY MONEY MONEY. Ron you can't take it with you.

If it were not for the HUNDREDS OF HOURS EVERY SINGLE YEAR that our organization has put into saving these places, we would not even be having this conversation and if you think we did all that work for YOU to slide on in and make money of if it you will soon learn differently. You should also not talk about people unless you will say it to their face. I certainly have no problem speaking my mind, I am sure you are already aware of that. Also no one in this neighborhood cares what you think about any of us. If men were men today and went out and got jobs and took care of their women and children like men should single moms wouldn't have to ask the government for money. There are of course many who need to go out and get a job and quit milking the system for money, and their are of course families that have suffered because of the economy and are in need of help. In the end though whatever anybody's case is before you start making derogatory remarks about this place and the people who live here you should make sure you know your speaking too. We all know a lot of people, these are homes, not caves contrary to your belief.

Honestly if it were not for the handicap the stupidity of my youth caused me, I probably would never have come back to this neighborhood, I could be working at Google and you know it. Funny how you are both my rival and one of my references.

You can not deny that I have an incredible grasp of everything technological. Here here is something for you. Did you even look at the designs on our site? Why don't you look at those designs and invest in that. We can develop them right here.

I also have a furnace made out of something very common as well that produces heat like a blast furnace. And don't get it messes up I left a lot our of those online drawings .. they work guaranteed. I understand patent, copyright and trademark also, if you remember I handled all the new TV work in that area as well as all the website technology.

And how DARE YOU.  Four years of wind, rain, hours of daylight study, and you have the nerve to say I did nothing ... Who built the site, figure out the business plan of student housing based on academic excellence, who put together the organization the cuts the grass, has been cleaning up, cutting down brush, moving tons of trash and garbage out to the curb in garbage cans, and in 4 years has removed 12 truckloads of tires from the area with no more than 2 full time people a year. 2 RON.

Did you even look at your before and after photos on our site compared to the before and after of Delmar? Do you know how much money it takes to keep just half the grass cut here a year? We had to bring the news out to get you to cut your grass and you can see that the park, which was 8 foot high and filled with garbage, literally like a section of BFI, was cut and clean, who do you think did all that YOU, Santa Claus Maybe.

Here are some original words of wisdom for you my friend it was the first quote I wrote for the year.

So now let us get back to planning the "Party."  Here is today's update, talked to Jack Dill, he said fine, just keep him posted.  Talked to Councilman Tedesko, he wanted me to have their secretary place info. in each councilman's inbox.  I mentioned what permits needed and Police to keep an eye out on things.  Oh, we have more sponsors and volunteers coming forth again.  Maybe we can get the party as big as when we show outdoor movies.
