Wheel Falls Off While Driving

Same thing happened to me about fifteen years ago in Champion. Tire came off my pickup, hit acar and a motorcycle and rolled through three front yards before landing on someone's front porch.  We found five of the six lug nuts in the street, someone had loosened them up and they all came off at the same time.

Same thing happened to someone I know about a week ago. He believes that someone had been messing around in his driveway the night before. Fortunate that no one was injured. His tire crossed the lane on 680 and hit another vehicle.

There was a small traffic jam on the north side yesterday.  This is what was causing the problem.
