Is the operator of the Chinese Restaurant portion of the building still involved with the business?

I am wondering, also. And upset. The first shooting was in the wee hours of New Year's Day after the club had closed and only family members and friends were allowed to stay. I believe this was around 4:30 am according to the Youngstown Vindicator. Now this other shooting. The owner, a high up official of the Afro Dogs group had spoken to the local block watch last fall conveying his interest in the area and that he wanted to be a good neighbor.

According to the newspaper, there has been two shootings at the Dragon Palace bar on South Avenue since the beginning of January.  What is going on there?  That used to be a good place to go for some Chinese food.
