West Side Citizens' Coalition meeting

Some agenda items:
Swearing in of new officers for the WSCC

First presentation by the new fourth ward councilman Mike Ray.  Councilman Ray was a member of the WSCC before being elected to public office.

Dues for 2011 will be collected.
