A big thanks goes out to WPNA members Brian Hinz, Hunter Morrison, Rob Pilolli, Katie Seminara, J.R. Cumpson and Phil Kidd for braving the cold weather / providing materials and labor.     
An extra special thanks goes to Elsa Higby (and George Lazar) of Parkside Neighbors/Grow Youngstown Inc for generously donating money, ladders and labor for the cause.
