Did the concrete have time to properly cure before the cold weather sat in?
i suggest attend the next wrta board meeting to find out about this matter.

I only deal with this project on a second-hand basis, but here is what I know:  Yes, a couple of cracks have formed.  I know some solutions have been discussed, but not sure what they are.  I don't know if the cold had anything to do with the formation of the cracks or not.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Grapevine
I've heard that some large cracks have developed in portions of the concrete work at this WRTA Federal Station project.

I hope the private contractor fixes the problem.

A lot of concrete was poured at the WRTA Federal Station today.
