Is that what you call that?  I believe it was the belligerent and antagonistic nature of certain members' posts that prompted the councilman to stop posting on this site.

The Youngstown Office of Litter Control and Recycling is about to start collecting leaves for composting.

Where does a Youngstown resident have to go to get some of the compost?
