Yes, it is closed.    The manager left for another job and they were not able to find another manager.

According to a co-worker, the owner is still looking for a manager.  They are asking $1000/month.

If business was poor, they should have made themselves more visible through advertising, or even a sandwich board on the street.  Otherwise, most people wouldn't even know they're down there.
