"Youngstown's Makers and Takers"

For a free enterprise society to continue to flourish, there must be more, substantially more Makers than Takers.  Lets see if we can identify who exist in each category and maybe then we can understand our plight here in Youngstown.  Keep in mind that I am not trying to insult or humiliate anyone or any institution, merely to see what type of balance do we have , which may reveal our ability to solve our problems.

1.  WRTA, I am not up to speed on this entity so can anyone enlighten us?  How much of a budget do they get?  What are the salaries of their leaders and junior employees?

Also, if there is a public leader or enterprise you wish to discuss feel free, but no mudslinging, just the facts.
