Sounds like a pattern for the Mahoning river ram pump to follow.  Harnessing our river is less capital investment and will service the "Blue revolution" , aquaculture;  agriculture the largest industry in Ohio.

Very good!  I did not see any mention of using government money to build this wind farm, other than having to deal with multiple agencies.
