Good News Keep Coming For YSU

But, but, but....  I thought the state was broke.  As good as this may be for YSU, this is not something that the state should be spending money on when they are cutting back on essential services to balance the budget.

Government entities don't have a single funding source to "pay bills" from like most individuals have a checking account.  I don't know where the state is drawing this money from, but there may be plenty of money for these types of programs that can't be used in other areas.

Does this not in effect create a state funded R&D Dept. for M7?

Maybe, but there are probably patent issues (along with other strings) that go along with anything newly developed with YSU (and so the state's) help.  I think it would be great if YSU could create something that would help change the world. (like KSU did with the liquid crystal display)

Will the naysayers that persist in ignoring all the good things that are happening at YSU, and what they will mean for the valley at least admit that things are looking up for us?
