Polish Day 2010 - Sunday, August 29

I attended the Polish Day event early this afternoon. When I arrived, the line for the food service must have had over 100 people in it.  Actually the line went up and down the halls in the former school at St.Anne's Church.

It was at this point that I was introduced to a little known Polish custom.  A lovely young lady brought a tray of small glasses filled with vodka and began distributing them to the people waiting in line.
