At least two of the large Federal Plaza flower planters were among the rubble in front of the buildings being demolished.  Why weren't these planters removed before the demolition started and saved for future use?

Work has been progressing with the demolition of the series of buildings known as the Master' Block of West Federal Street.    Ross Radio is located in the building to the far right.
