I wish some people were more responsible.
There is no reason to use our downtown flower pots for ashtrays.

i have noticed business owners and their patrons using the flower pots as ashtrays too. monkey see, monkey do, or do as i say not do as i do. ect..........

Maybe the city should put some receptacles near the flower pots?

If the city were to put some of them around the downtown, it
might help.  Now, as for those who refuse to used them, the
city could/should issue them a civil citation and fine them.

There's a plastic receptacle called an "outpost" that would be
perfect.. I've attached a photo

As you recall, we still had a frost a few days ago.
