I also heard that based on the news today, the City wants to limit the waste of incarcerating non violent criminals by only funding house arrest.  Sounds like the muni court system is again attacking the City by jailing everyone that comes before them, which overburden the City financially.

crime and what has the city leadership done since the cold blooded murder of an elderly eighty-old woman in st. dom's church parking lot on the southside? the police chief jimmy hughes does not think the st. dom's area is a bed of crimminal activities the southsiders residents want answers from the city leaders.
