The Ohio Oco-Link program was explained at a meeting which was held yesterday at the Newport Branch Library.

How To Qualify
1. Must be an Ohio resident
2. Own an existing single family home
3. Receive approval for a qualifying loan through a participating bank
4. Must use the loan to install qualifying energy efficient products by certified contractors

Eco-Link provides homeowners
a 3% rate reduction on a five-year loan
