Postal Mistake + Inconsiderate Neighbor

That neighbor was considerably inconsiderate but that's not the only problem I see in that mail route or others.

This happened on the west side this week.

One neighbor was leaving town and went over to another neighbor's house to deliver some miss-directed U.S. mail.

One piece of mail was a time-sensitive bank statement from 4 months ago.   

Another piece of mail contained a personal check that hand been reported missing.
