Coin Rejected by Vending Machine

Sunday July 28th

I was putting some quarters into a vending machine this morning.

One of the quarters would not go through. It was rejected.

I pressed the button to expel the quarter.

The quarter-sized coin was from the Cayman Islands.

How did this coin make it all the way to Youngstown?
