Take a WRTA bus to the Saturday, July 27th, Summer Festival of the Arts held in Wean Park in downtown Youngstown.

From the south, take the 8-Market bus.
https://www.wrtaonline.com/schedules/route-8-market

Transfer from all other bus routes to the 8_Markt at the WRTA Federal Station.  The 8-Market runs every hour.
