Roseway is Blocked

Rosewae, between Schenley and Skywae, has been closed for several days.  City is replacing sewer/drain lines.

This morning they were opening up Rosewae, checking all the sewer lines down the street and flushing fire hydrants.

Roseway, just east of S. Schenley, is blocked.  A huge pile of gravel is on the street.  Plastic pipe  and an excavator are nearby.
