I was walking on the sidewalk along S. Schenley this afternoon.  Suddenly, I could hear a motor coming up behind me.  It was a smaller gas-powered 4-wheeler driven by a teen.  His vehicle took up the entire width of the sidewalk.  Luckily, I was able to step aside and onto the devil strip.
