RUST FEST B&O STATION This SATURDAY!!

Rust Fest is fast approaching, just days away, and we are anticipating a great turn out of beer loving rock n roll fans.  We've been keeping an eye on the weather and we are aware that there may be a chance of showers.  As it is only Tuesday, it is still too soon to tell.  The event will go on, rain or shine.  However, in the event of inclement weather, we will move the entire event within The B&O Station.  We will make that call in the upcoming days and will post the announcement on our myspace and facebook pages.  For now, the event is still planned to be on the large outdoor stage.

Admission for the event is $8.  If you were able to take advantage of the limited pre-sale tickets, you will need your ticket to get into the event, otherwise admission will be $8 at the gate.  Gates will open to the public at noon.  This is an all ages show.  Those that are 21+ and intending on drinking adult beverages will need ID at the gate in order to receive a Rust Fest wristband.  Those that are under 21 and not drinking, will receive a hand stamp.  ONLY THOSE WITH RUST FEST WRIST BANDS WILL BE SERVED ALCOHOL.  If anybody leaves the event and returns without either a wrist band or a hand stamp, they will have to pay to get back in.  Our suggestion is to make sure that you have either a hand stamp or wristband prior to leaving the event if you intend on returning.

THERE WILL BE FREE ADMISSION TO THOSE ARRIVING ON A MOTORCYCLE compliments of UNIQUE BIKER APPAREL.  We are anticipating a strong biker crowd and we will have a special motorcycle parking area that will be available to bikers on a first come first serve basis.  For your safety and the safety of others, LIMIT OF TWO RIDERS PER MOTORCYCLE.  For cars, there will be sufficient parking made available on site as well as: across the street at Antony's on the River, down the street at the WRTA parking lot, and at other locations that will be announced by our parking attendants.

We will be donating $1 from each ticket sold that day to our good friends, "Vets in Distress"(www.vetaidnational.org).  Some members from this organization will also be selling bottled water at Rust Fest with proceeds going to help raise money for their cause.  We ask that you help support our local heroes.
