Are Speed Cameras Being Installed?

I saw speed indicators near Kirkmere heading east on Kirk Rd but, they were not working yet.

I passed Volney Rogers school today.  There are now digital speed indicators on each approach.
There was also a sign indicating "camera enforced".

This is the story I saw about speed cameras in school zones.  The Vindy also has some older articles about the cameras.

Recently saw a news story that Youngstown is installing speed cameras at all schools.

Today I noticed that cement bases with bolts have been installed on the approach to Kirkmere School.  These could be the bases for flashing lights and/or speed cameras.
