What do we know about the property rezoned by this ordinance?

ORD-20-259 Changing the zone classification for 1796 Bears Den Road from Single Family Residential to Agricultural/Wetlands

I'm too far west (Austintown) to be able to answer that question. I do have a couple different thoughts about why the city would bother but for now I'll just sit back and watch because I believe there's too much government with too many goofy ideas everywhere anyway. If were lucky I'll be proven wrong.
