New Water Meter Gadgets Being Installed

I'm not sure I trusted the existing water meter reader on the outside of my house to begin with. I'm sure I don't trust these new water meter devices.

The Youngstown Water Department is in the process of installing new water meter devices.  A plastic box is fastened over your existing water meter reader on the outside of your house.  This new box will allow the water department to read your meter remotely.
