Wasting Fuel ?

Two possibilities here, maybe more.

1) They were using the AC with the windows open, either because they couldn't close them or maybe they just need fresh air.

2) The AC didn't work and they needed the vents to be on full blast to keep them cooler.

Either way it could have something to do with their medical condition, or maybe it didn't, will we ever know?

I stopped at the Cornersburg Sparkle Market today.  As I was walking toward the front door, I noticed a pickup truck with two occupants.  The truck's motor was running and both driver's side and passenger's side windows were rolled down.

A while later, I left the store and the same truck was still there with the motor running and windows rolled down.

I view this as a waste of fuel and money.  I wonder if something else was going on with these two people.
