RSS FEED

Another note about the RSS feeds through feedburner and the bookmark links.

The graphics are not ads for these services.

Members may belong to these services or may have their browsers set to a "home" page like yahoo, google or AOL that will allow the messages to be added.

I added the feed links  to  promote traffic to the boards because  the site will come up in feed searchs for Youngstown, Mahoning etc.

Note - I have set up my Thunderbird to receive the RSS feed and it is really nice to have the messages come as emails fully formatted as web pages.  The function buttons such as "reply" also seem to work well.

When I visit the  board it  also doesn't show me the messages I've already opened via email as unread posts.

This forum has an RSS feed and you can read the most recent messages remotely in an  RSS reader.

Please note that Yahoo RSS only shows 5 posts by default and also only seems to update hourly.

You can view RSS without special software in your email if you use Mozilla Thunderbird.  You can also view RSS in Firefox as a Live Bookmark.
