Flower Pot Volunteer Mistaken For A Vandal

Weather permitting, Rocky Ridge volunteers will remove more dead plants on Saturday, November 2.

Apparently someone really liked those dead flowers and wanted them to stay there.
I bet they've been waiting all summer to see them.

This is hard to believe

A member of the Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Association was removing dead flowers and plants from the pots along Mahoning Avenue today.  Suddenly, the police arrived.  They were there responding to a police call stating a person was vandalizing the flower pots.
