Youngstown suspect in machete attacks indicted on murder charges

A Youngstown man who is accused of attacking a person with a machete has now been indicted by a Grand Jury on murder charges.  30-year-old Leonard Carter has been indicted on three counts of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, one count of rape, one count of kidnapping and one count of felonious assault.  In May, 21 News reported that Carter was being indicted on charges that included felonious assault and attempted murder after he was accused of a...
