YNDC kicks off $750,000 home rehab program

The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. kicked off a $750,000 multi-home rehabilitation campaign Tuesday on Miltonia Avenue. From left are David Eddy, Youngstown Mayor Jamael Tito Brown, homeowner Bradley Young, and Ted Schmidt. Eddy and Schmidt are from PNC bank.
