Should We Seek New Board Members For The WRTA?

There was supposed to be a WRTA Board meeting this past Thursday, July 25.  Four of the seven board members could not make the meeting.  Lacking a quorum, official business could not be conducted.  Is it time to ask the appointing body to seek more reliable people to sit on the WRTA Board?
