If I have the address right, (309 W Commerce) according to the country auditor's site, it was purchased on 12-23-08 for $150,000 by MARY COYNE INVESTMENTS LLC. Contact info is 1428 HAMILTON AVE CLEVELAND, OH 44114 USA

The last assessment on the property and structure values it at $23,000.
The building was built in 1900.

This long-vacant building next to the WRTA's Federal Station on West Commerce Street was recently sold.

Does anyone know the plans for the building?
