THEY DO NOT DO THAT FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT. THEY SHOULD NOT DO IT FOR ANY OFFICE. WHOEVER WON THAT ELECTION SHOULD BE MAYOR.

On Tuesday, September 27, a mayoral election was held in the city of Campbell.  The purposed was to narrow the field of three candidates to just two.  The two candidates with the most votes will face each other in the November election.

Should a similar election system be established in the city of Youngstown?  With six candidates running for mayor of Youngstown this fall,  such a system would remove the "cutter" aspect of the election.

What is your opinion of the Campbell election process?
