Not that crime is still not a problem, but it has been decreasing.

jay williams had three solid years to combat the crime in this area but chose to waste his energy on stealing people's property and trying break the unions in the city hall esp the police union. the news reported that ytown playhouse  is moving to the subs another fine asset going to the subs to the lack of a committed mayor fighting crime in the city. is this part of ytown 2010.

The Youngstown Playhouse has been vandalized.  The front of the building has been spray painted with gang graffiti.
