State budget proposal seeks licensing for tattoo artists

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine's proposed two-year budget seeks to require tattoo artists and body pierces to register with the state and pay a $250 fee.      Cleveland.com reports the proposal also links licensing to training standards the state would develop.
