Governor declares state of emergency for Columbiana Co. and 36 other counties

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has declared a state of emergency in 37 Ohio counties including Columbiana County in the Mahoning Valley. All of the counties were victims of damage from severe weather that would have included heavy rain and flooding back in February.  Conditions that would have caused serious damage to roads and highways.
