Yesterday I was traveling west on Connecticut Avenue (a one way street) in the left lane with cars next to me in the right lane.  Suddenly I noticed a car coming east at me in the left lane.  The driver was heading the wrong way on this one way street.  Fortunately, about 100 yard out, he realized his mistake and headed south at the next intersection.
