I680 is an interstate, its maintenance is provided by the state. Notice the State outpost next to 680 on South Ave.

Police jurisdiction is shared by state, county, and City. You see them all out there.

Who is responsible for maintaining I-680? Is it the city, county, state? Also, I assume YPD has primary jurisdiction on I-680?
