Have they set a general timeline for when the building will be open? I'm assuming 12-18 months? The floor plans look sweet, but at two apartments per floor I imagine they're going to be in quite high demand.

I told you these guys were trustworthy. I saw work being done on Sunday to a Frangos Building in Cleveland.. Patience is a virtue!

The Frangos Group will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday to announce the start of construction at Realty Towers, 47 Central Federal St. The public is invited.

This news should put to rest questions that have been raised.
