Rainy and snowy to start the week, but milder temps are coming

It's going to be a chilly, damp and snowy start to the week. Rain and snow throughout the morning then light rain Monday afternoon; high 38 and low 31. Overnight flurries will be followed by light snow during the day Tuesday; look for a coating to an inch and a high of 35. Wednesday looks partly sunny with highs in the upper 30s.
