This sign was reported to Seventh Ward Councilman John R. Swierz at the South Avenue Business Summit on Wednesday, April 30.  He promised to have the Youngstown Zoning Department remove the hazard.

This sign is hanging from a building on South Avenue at Cameron.  Only a wire is keeping it from falling onto the sidewalk.
