Join Environment Akron & GEO members, partners and friends for discussion and networking. Hear from Annette M. Berger, Vice President of Operations for KB Compost as she discusses a new plant being incorporated into the Biosolids Management Program at the City of Akron - Water Pollution Control Station.  This new plant relies on bacteria to turn sewage sludge into electricity, a process know as anaerobic digestion.  View the Press Release.  View Map of Akron University (Student Union is #60 on the Map)
