I believe the painting is the view looking south at the corner of West Commerce and Hazel.

Which building is on the right side of Hazel?

The artist is not Clyde Singer.

He did a number of paintings of downtown Youngstown, and using his painting of the old Princess theater, this looks like his style, but I'm no art expert, but thanks for posting it.
