The purpose of the public meeting will be to receive public comment regarding the submission of the City of Youngstown's One Year Action Plan (FY 2008-2009) for housing, community development and economic development activities within eligible areas of the City of Youngstown.

All interested citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting.  Citizens will be provided the opportunity to offer input on how the City should allocate, within the One Year Action Plan, resources it receives from HUD.  While attempts will be made to address audience questions, this meeting is not designed to resolve complaints.  The meeting will remain focused on allocating resources within the plan.
