How many piroghi could a man or a woman eat in a given period of time?

To find the answer to this question, join the revelers at First Night Youngstown as they watch the Piroghi Eating Contest.  This contest with an ethnic Youngstown twist will take place at 20 Federal Place (former Phar-Mor Center), in downtown Youngstown on New Year's Eve at 4:00 p.m.
