Youngstown Should Welcome Hurricane Florence Evacuees

Maybe the soon-to-close North Side Hospital could be used as an emergency shelter to house evacuees from future hurricanes.  I wonder if FEMA ever uses buildings for this purpose.

We have many motel spaces and probably a lot of unused rooms in old schools and old hospitals.  These spaces should be made available to evacuees from any disasters that take place in the United States.
