The new owner may convert it into a small grocery store.  The automotive equipment may be sold.

I like that location A LOT. When it was in business before I could never tell if it was open .

The former Palko's Service Station at the corner of S. Schenley and Bears Den Road has been vacant for months.  A sign in front of the building indicates that the business has been sold.
