Question about South Avenue

Thanks for the information.  Below is a recent photo of a pothole on South Avenue at the corner of Emery.  Was this the stretch of South Avenue which was paved over in 2001?   If so, I think the city needs a refund.  Also, I noticed that the asphalt pavement south of this location contains numerous cracks which allow water to infiltrate below the surface.  After a few freeze/thaw cycles, many potholes will soon develop along the cracks .

  That would be 2001 and it started at Emery and stopped at Indianola.
