State and Local Leaders Come Together to Revive Ohio's Small Cities

How can our cities participate in the new trend toward urban revitalization we see in Chicago, Miami, Louisville, Indianapolis and many smaller prospering cities? Much of the reason cities fall behind is due to state and local policies. Cities that create better policies are prospering. This is a panel discussion on how those policies affect our community directly, and what we can do to change policies.
